Terms and Conditions

Rytogo refers to the transportation and mobility platform connecting passengers, drivers, agents, and service providers.

Passenger means any individual using the platform to request transportation or delivery services.

Driver means any registered individual or company providing transportation or delivery services through the platform.

Agent means an authorized Rytogo partner responsible for driver recruitment, passenger referrals, and other approved services.

User means any person who accesses or uses the Rytogo platform.

To use Rytogo services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate registration information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Rytogo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security.

• Keeping personal information updated.

• All activities conducted through their account.

Rytogo shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence.

Passengers may: request rides, schedule transportation, make payments via approved methods, and rate completed trips.

Passengers agree to treat drivers respectfully, pay applicable fares and fees, and avoid fraudulent bookings or misuse of the platform.

Drivers using the Rytogo platform agree to maintain valid licenses and permits, provide safe and professional services, comply with traffic and transportation regulations, and maintain accurate vehicle information.

Drivers remain independent contractors and are not employees of Rytogo.

Rytogo Agents may recruit drivers, refer passengers, operate approved pickup and support stations, and participate in referral and bonus programs.

Agent commissions and bonuses are subject to verification and compliance reviews.

Rytogo reserves the right to modify commission structures, bonus programs, and incentive plans at any time.

Driver Referral: Eligible agents may earn up to 1% commission on completed trips generated by drivers they successfully recruit, subject to program rules.

Passenger Referral: Eligible agents may earn up to 2% commission on passenger fare revenue generated by referred passengers, subject to program rules.

Referral rewards may be adjusted, suspended, or terminated at Rytogo's discretion.

All payments processed through the platform are subject to verification and fraud prevention procedures.

Rytogo reserves the right to delay transactions for security reviews, reject suspicious transactions, and reverse incorrect credits or payments.

Users are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate.

Users shall not:

• Create multiple fraudulent accounts.

• Use false identities.

• Engage in fraudulent transactions.

• Manipulate referral systems.

• Harass passengers, drivers, or agents.

• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Rytogo may suspend or permanently terminate any account for fraudulent activities, abuse of referral programs, multiple accounts operated by the same individual without authorization, violation of applicable laws, or breach of these Terms.

Any pending rewards may be forfeited upon termination.

Rytogo provides a technology platform connecting users and service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rytogo shall not be liable for driver conduct, passenger conduct, traffic accidents, delays or service interruptions, or loss of profits or indirect damages.

Users utilize the platform at their own risk.

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content associated with Rytogo remain the exclusive property of Rytogo. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

User information is collected and processed in accordance with the Rytogo Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to such collection and processing.

Rytogo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or external factors may affect service availability.

Rytogo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
